Version - 5.8.6.170 The latest build of Educator. Consider updating monthly or when notified by PCR Educator Support. Note: This is not intended for Educator Remote users. Note: This file is the last step in the initial installation of the Educator Client.

Educator (Initial Setup)
The first step in an initial installation of the PCR Educator Client. Note: This is not intended for Educator Remote users. Note: Run this before the latest build.

Network Library (NTWDBLIB.DLL)
The latest network library used by the Educator Client. This file will overwrite the existing version and should be saved to the following directory: %SystemRoot%\System32\ Note: This is not intended for Educator Remote Users. Note: This is the second step in the initial installation of the PCR Educator Client.

Educator Remote (For Windows)
The Educator Remote client intended for Microsoft Windows based desktops. Please see the installation instructions in the knowledgebase along with the system pre requisites and FAQ. Note: This is only intended for PCR hosted databases.

Educator Remote (For Mac)
The Educator Remote client intended for Apple Macintosh based desktops. Please see the installation instructions in the knowledgebase along with the system pre requisites and FAQ. Note: This is only intended for PCR hosted databases. Note: There are special requirements for Mac based users. Note: This file will work with Windows for advanced users only.

Fix for Educator Remote Printing Error Message
This fix is intended for Microsoft Windows XP based desktops that are using Educator Remote and experiencing an error message after pressing print. Microsoft never updated the XP version of tswpfwrp.exe and thus caused this error. The same file from a Vista or Server 2008 operating system replaces the existing file 'tswpfwrp.exe' in: %SystemRoot%\System32 Alternatively, when the error appears press cancel and the document will continue to print like normal. Note: We have not seen any issues using this file under Windows XP but please keep in mind it is from Server 2008. If you have any questions speak with your school's tech support department before installing.
