Our latest release completely re-imagines how email templates are organized, secured, and shared—so every message that leaves your system is on-brand, on-point, and in the right hands.

Here are the highlights!

1. Notification Template Groups: clarity at first click

No more scrolling through a sea of templates. Staff now start by picking a Template Group and instantly narrow the list to only the templates that matter to them! 

2. One template, many homes

A template can belong to one group, multiple groups, or no group at all—making it easy to find the template you need, when you need it.

3. Ownership & Roles

Each template now carries two powerful features: Owner and Roles.

     - Owner – The person who created the template. Only owners can edit or save changes, safeguarding voice and formatting.
     - Roles – Permissions (Admissions, Admin, Registrar, etc.) that grant view/send rights to teammates who need the content.

The result? Users only see their templates plus any linked to their roles.

4. Security Full = total oversight

Colleagues with the Security Full permission retain a bird’s-eye view of every template and every group. They can still audit, advise, and assist without interrupting day-to-day workflows elsewhere.
