The Mission

PCR Educator delivers the mission-critical digital backbone for elite educational institutions. This role exists to create momentum: you identify high-intent pain, translate it into a crisp technical narrative, and turn skepticism into conviction through demos, prototypes, and quantified ROI.

What You Will Do

  • Outbound technical evangelism: Partner with GTM leadership to target accounts, craft technical angles for outreach, and convert first conversations into credible technical next steps.
  • High-velocity discovery: Run sharp, time-boxed discovery calls that surface operational friction, data constraints, and buying triggers.
  • Demo engineering: Build and deliver compelling product stories tailored to Heads of School, COOs, and CIOs, with proof anchored in real workflows and real data.
  • POCs that close: Rapidly produce lightweight proofs that demonstrate value within days, not weeks, and directly support procurement decisions.
  • Pre-sales enablement: Produce reusable demo assets, objection handling, and technical one-pagers that scale across the pipeline.
  • Revenue ownership: Drive technical conversion from initial interest through signature by aligning stakeholders, de-risking integrations, and establishing implementation confidence.

Who You Are

  • Builder credibility: Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or a portfolio that demonstrates shipping.
  • AI-native operator: You use LLMs, automation agents, and data tooling to compress cycle time and increase output quality.
  • Commercially fluent: You can explain technical tradeoffs and business outcomes with equal precision.
  • Executive presence: You lead conversations with senior stakeholders, and you can be firm, concise, and persuasive under pressure.
  • Performance motivated: You want compensation that is meaningfully linked to measurable impact.
