The Mission

PCR Educator provides the mission-critical digital backbone for elite educational institutions. We don't just sell software; we architect the infrastructure that enables schools to thrive. We are looking for an AI-Forward Engineer—someone who codes like a builder and thinks like a strategist.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will be the technical face of PCR. You are not a "support" person; you are a problem-solver who bridges the gap between institutional pain points and technical reality. You will drive growth by identifying opportunities, building rapid prototypes, and demonstrating how our platform transforms school operations.

The Role

  • Technical BD & Discovery: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with school leadership and IT departments. You’ll be the person who translates "we have a data mess" into a clear, technical implementation roadmap.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Build custom proofs-of-concept (POCs) and automate workflows that prove PCR’s value before the contract is even signed.
  • AI-Driven Efficiency: Leverage the modern AI stack (LLMs, automation agents, and data tools) to streamline customer migrations and enhance institutional workflows.
  • Ownership of the Cycle: Partner with leadership to manage the technical sales cycle from initial technical pitch to final deployment.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as the feedback loop between our partner schools and our product team, ensuring we are building exactly what the market needs.

Who You Are

  • Technical Foundations: You have a degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or you can point to a portfolio of technical outputs (apps, scripts, or GitHub repos) that prove you are a builder.
  • AI-Native Mindset: You are proficient with AI tools to accelerate your own output and solve partner problems. You see AI as a force multiplier for everything you do.
  • Strategically Minded: You want to understand the "why" behind the business. You are excited by a performance-based compensation structure where your technical ingenuity directly impacts the company’s bottom line—and your own.
  • The "Ambassador": You are comfortable in high-level meetings. You can speak to a Head of School or a CIO with equal clarity and confidence.
