Northbridge University Continuing Studies serves 6,400 active learners across professional certificates, executive education, online degree completion, and corporate training. The division operates with its own admissions team, its own bursar, its own registrar, and its own marketing engine. Most of the platforms built for traditional university operations were not built for it.

The team had been running on a combination of a campus SIS that did not understand non-degree learners, an off-the-shelf marketing CRM that did not integrate with billing, and a homegrown enrollment portal that the IT department wanted to retire. Every term, the team reconciled three systems by hand to figure out who was enrolled, who had paid, and who needed a transcript.
