Data Mining Tool (DMT) is approaching the end of its lifecycle. Starting July 2019, we will limit its functions aiming to disable it by January 2020. Once the DMT is disabled, any queries that were created in DMT will not be accessible. However, most filters created in DMT will be available through the DAT filter icon (orange icon).
PCR Educator continuously deploys standard queries to DAT in the group “PCR (Imported)” providing our clients with a wide range of comprehensive options. To request a new standard DAT Query, please email DAT%3A%20Request%20Standard%20Query">support@pcreducator.com.
Data Analytics Tool (DAT) is a newer generation of DMT and provides the same basic functionality with the addition of a number of new features, including:
- Table Aliasing
- Field Formatting
- Calculated Fields
- Left Join Support (with and without)
- Aggregates
- Built-in Mailmerge
- Functional Parameters
- Parameterized Reports
- Dashboard Grids and Charts
- Multi-action Reporting
- Table Reuse
- Pivoting (row-to-column support)
- Standard Reports
In addition to existing DAT - Webinars and DAT - Videos, we will be announcing new sessions to cover DAT functionality.
