Visits involving more than one medication

A health visit can now record several medications. The import file carries one medication per row, so to bring in a visit where two or more were given, import the visit once and add the remaining medications on the visit itself, under Medications Given.

Medications given during a visit are stored as doses on the student's medication record rather than on the visit row, so they also appear on RX Dispersal History alongside scheduled and as-needed doses.
