Note: A user that includes both a Student record and a Household record is one person: an of-age student who belongs to their own household. The household must list the student as its Self contact. Staff logins receive both their staff and household associations from the Staff Household, so those records are always connected.
Note: School Name, School id, and Role columns are repeated so that a user can be assigned to multiple School Divisions and roles.
Note: If no HouseholdIndicator is specified and the parent lookup fields identify exactly one contact, the indicator is filled in from that match. Each household login must have an indicator, either specified in the file or identified from the parent name.
