The Graduation Requirements queries provide insight into a student's progress toward completing their graduation requirements. While the queries listed below are already available, you can also use the Graduation Requirements table to build your own custom DAT Query.
To access these queries, you must have either the Registrar Full or Registrar Read role.

When you first access these queries, go to the Graduation Requirements table and click Apply Parameters followed by Refresh Datasource. The Refresh Datasource step regenerates the graduation requirements based on the most up-to-date configuration and data. This ensures that any recent changes, such as updated course completions, requirement adjustments, or new graduation plans, are reflected in the results.
Note: The datasource can only be refreshed every few hours, as the regeneration process is complex and resource-intensive.
Note: If you have more than one graduation plan, you can select the desired plan in the Graduation Requirements table.
