When the inquiry form is submitted, the system uses an algorithm to identify if the new record is a duplicate.  There are two main scenarios that are taken into account to regulate duplicate records:

1. Admissions Duplicate Check - User Logged In

2. Admissions Duplicate Check - User Not Logged In
