The check boxes, the Selected count, and Countersign in the Select Multi Action... list appear on Student Application Forms only when both of the following are true.
- The form chosen in the form list has an Office countersign: action type on Application Form Details. A form without one shows no Countersigned column either.
- The user has the Contract Full role. With the Contract Read role, the list and the Countersigned column are shown without the selection.
When Countersign opens with This form has no school signature image. Upload one on the form's Details tab., upload the image under Office countersign: signature image on Application Form Details. When it opens with This school's database has not been updated for countersigning yet., contact PCR Educator support.
Note: A household that is listed but cannot be countersigned yet appears on the Countersign Contracts page with the reason; review Application Form Countersigning.
