Searching by Attribute

Record lists whose records can carry attributes, such as Student List, Household List, and Contact List, offer four attribute search fields.

Attribute Current finds records that have the selected attribute in the current fiscal year.

Attribute Ever finds records that have or had the selected attribute in any year.

Attribute Category Current finds records that have any attribute in the selected category in the current fiscal year.

Attribute Category Ever finds records that have or had any attribute in the selected category in any year.

Note: Current is decided by the Development fiscal year, which begins on the Development Fiscal Month and Development Fiscal Day specified in Application Setup. An attribute recorded without a fiscal year range is always current. See Recording Attribute for how the fiscal years of an attribute are set.
