The CMS Widget - Submit Summary is a read-only table of every charge the logged-in parent's household will be billed for through an Application Form, with a total. It is placed on the signing page above the CMS Widget - Sign and Submit button and prints on the contract PDF. The widget can be found within the Application Forms group. The table has the columns Item, Percent, and Amount and a bold Total row. Each priced widget the family selected appears as one line at the household's share of the frozen amount, followed by percentage-based lines, discounts, and financial aid credits. When nothing has been selected, the widget shows No selections to display.
Visibility Source and Visibility Value show the widget only when the referenced drop down or check box holds the given value.
Note: When a CMS Widget - Deposit (Application Form) widget is on the form, the deposit lines are left out of the summary so that the deposit is not counted twice. The summary then shows the full balance, and the Deposit widget shows what is due today.
Note: The amounts come from the household's frozen snapshot, so the summary agrees with the PDF and with the invoices posted at signing. Review Application Form Billing.
